Poverty reduction measures taken in Luonan County, NW China's Shaanxi

Various industries were developed and cooperatives were set up to help reduce poverty in Luonan County. Residents can earn dividends by offering land to cooperatives or salary by working. Also technique support platform was built and skills trainings were held for the residents who lived below the poverty line.
