Multicultural festival gala celebrating Chinese New Year held in New Zealand

Artists from Chinese community perform Tibetan dance during a multicultural festival gala celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year at the National Museum of New Zealand in Wellington, New Zealand, Jan. 26, 2019. The multicultural festival gala performance programme features a fusion of song and dance acts from Chinese and other ethnic communities including Indian, African, Russian, Polynesian, Latin American and New Zealand, showcasing the variety and cultural diversity of local talent in Wellington. This performance is also a part of the China Cultural Centre's "Happy Chinese New Year" events, which aims to share some of the festive spirit of Chinese New Year with New Zealanders every year.
