Workers sort noodles in the factory of Baiyujia food company in Qianjiang District, southwest China's Chongqing, June 28, 2019. Xu Zhangqin, a local noodle maker, started learning to make hand-made noodles from his parents when he was a child. Xu ran a noodle workshop in the early stage of his business, and later in 2015, he set up the Baiyujia food company, introducing modern noodle production line to combine the traditional manual techniques with mechanical equipment. While producing traditional noodles, he also developed nearly 20 varieties of noodles. Besides, more than 20 villagers get their income increased by working at Xu's company.
