Long bean industry helps lift people out of poverty in China's Guangxi

As pickled green bean is an indispensable ingredient of the rice noodle, Yufeng District of Liuzhou has encouraged long bean industry development as a way to improve local people's income. Four economically-insufficient villages and more than 900 poverty-stricken households are accordingly expected to shake off poverty by being engaged in long bean-related industries.
